Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and all balances may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 96pk login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 96pk accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify 96pk immediately via live chat support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering and throughout your use of the Platform. You must promptly notify 96pk of any changes to your registered information, including changes to your email address, mobile number, or residential address. 96pk is not liable for failed communications or transactions resulting from outdated contact information held on your account.
All 96pk accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 96pk does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. All displayed balances, wager amounts, and payout figures on the Platform are shown in PKR.
Your 96pk account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not allow any third party to use your account, and you must not use the account to place bets on behalf of another person. 96pk supports deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 96pk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or anonymous payment sources.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to 96pk's verification and anti-money laundering requirements. Standard withdrawal processing time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa is 15–30 minutes following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
96pk reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of identity and source-of-funds checks. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the player account dashboard.
96pk encourages all players to set deposit limits within their account settings. Deposit limits help players manage their spending and are a core component of 96pk's responsible gaming commitment. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase deposit limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

Once a bet is confirmed on the 96pk platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where 96pk expressly provides a cash-out or bet edit facility for the relevant market. Bets placed after an event or market has closed will be void and the stake returned to the player's account.
All odds displayed on the 96pk platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. 96pk reserves the right to correct any manifest pricing error. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds will be voided. 96pk is not liable for any loss arising from a player's reliance on an erroneously displayed price.

Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market, and per day across all 96pk betting products. These limits are detailed within the relevant sport and market rules accessible in your account. 96pk reserves the right to apply or adjust maximum payout limits at any time without prior notice.
All casino games, slot titles, and color prediction games available on 96pk are sourced from licensed game studios and use certified random number generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or communication failure, 96pk reserves the right to void any affected game rounds and return stakes to the player's account. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes as a registered player.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any 96pk content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of 96pk intellectual property may give rise to legal claims.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 96pk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, system failures, or service interruptions.
96pk's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
96pk does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from technical errors or interruptions, or that any specific game, market, or service will be available at any given time. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability.
Nothing in this limitation of liability section excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
96pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if 96pk determines — at its sole and absolute discretion — that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or suspicious activity, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
In cases of confirmed fraud, collusion, cheating, or criminal activity, 96pk reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all account balances, including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending withdrawal amounts, without obligation to refund.
You may request the closure of your 96pk account at any time by contacting our live chat support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of active bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited on account closure.
